Satish Tripathi, PhD, MPH
Founder – President, Biomedical Consulting International, Inc.

Dr Tripathi is a bio-pharmaceutical leader and global influencer, with over 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of worldwide regulatory strategies. He has been a significant contributor to the development of new medicines, biotechnology products and medical devices. He has a doctorate degree in cell biology from University of Glasgow, UK. He received his master’s in public health (MPH) from Columbia University, New York; an M Phil in Genetics from Bhopal University and BSc and MSc from Jiwaji University. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Emory University and Medical College of Wisconsin.

Dr. Tripathi’s goal to enable equal education for all and create community healthcare awareness led to him founding the non-profit Ek Kadam Aur (One Step Forward) – an initiative that works toward enhancing the future prospects and well-being of lesser privileged students in India and Nepal.

 

Fernando Quezada, MPA
Director – Executive Director, Biotechnology Center of Excellence Corporation, Waltham, Massachusetts, USA

Mr Quezada is an influential leader in the areas of public policy and economic development. He is a dedicated leader in the field of technology-based development with publications in biotechnology commercialization, technology-based innovation, and public policy. He has served non-profit organizations for over 50 years. Mr Quezada studied at University of California at Los Angeles and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


Gaurav Sharma, BE

Director – Physical Design Engineer, Apple, Hillsboro, Germany – BE, APGD

An Electronics Design engineer, Mr Sharma has been an integral part of the global digital world for 15 years specialising in the design and development of electronic circuits/chips for mobile phones for Intel and Apple. He received his BE in electronics and communication engineering from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma (APGD) in Microelectronics from Semi-conductor Laboratory (SCL), Mohali. Gaurav Sharma is also working for the upliftment of education standard in his hometown Porsa in Madhya Pradesh and started a school ‘Little Giants International’ which provides quality education to K-12 students.


Usha Tiwari, BA               
Director – Fashion Designer, Mumbai

Ms Tiwari is a fashion designer with industry experience spanning a decade. She is currently an active member of Venus Club Mumbai. Her passion for social work led her to the Ek Kadam Aur Foundation for Education and Health. She is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in underprivileged villages in India with a special focus on education and health. Ms Tiwari received her BA from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and diploma in Fashion Designing from Adroit Institute, Mumbai, India.


Om Prakash Sharma, PhD            
 Director

Dr Sharma has over 250 research papers in various Indian and international journals of repute, including 150 Peer Reviews. With extensive experience in the field of Pest Management using Biological Control methods, he is actively engaged in research projects as a Consultant for Government and Non-Government organisations. He received his MSc in Botany and PhD in Plant Pathology from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India.


Professor Thomas D’Aunno, PhD
Advisory Board Member – Director, Health Policy and Management Program, Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University, New York, USA

Professor D’Aunno is a distinguished scholar focussed in the diffusion and adoption of evidence-based management and clinical practices, and organizational change. An influential voice in Health Policy and Management, he has led several national studies in organization and management of health care services. Dr. D’Aunno graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and received his PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. In 2014, he became the Editor-in-Chief of Medical Care Research and Review. He also is a past chairman of the Academy of Management Division of Health Care Management and a recipient of this Division’s award for career distinguished service.




Bianca Ghose, MA          
Advisory Board Member – Chief Storyteller for Wipro, Public Speaker, New Delhi, India

Ms Ghose is an award-winning leader in the field of media, marketing, and communications. Her brand of expertise lies in innovative storytelling, creative content, and marketing for global technology firms across international markets. She is an active contributor in youth and diversity initiatives. Ms Ghose received her BA in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and her MA in Broadcast Journalism from the Asian College of Journalism. Passionate about inclusion and opportunity parity, she is actively involved in primary and secondary education and is Director on the Advisory Board of Ek Kadam Foundation for Education & Health.
