Train the Trainers

The Train the Trainers Program (TtT) recruits young local graduates and high school students to support elementary school children in their community with their foundational academic skills after school hours. TtT nurtures local youth leaders who give back to their community through public service. While the school children benefit from the trainers, the trainers also receive scholarships to pursue their academic and career aspirations.
