Salome John

Salome John is a passionate advocate for social responsibility and community development. A creative and dedicated team player, her leadership experience spans education, livelihood, child rights, sustainable development, and community-building projects. She is driven by the belief that every individual has untapped potential and deserves the opportunity to thrive. Her dual Master’s in Social Work and Sociology (awarded with a Gold Medal from the Hon’ble Vice-President of India) fuels her commitment to unlocking that potential in others.

As Chief of Staff and Associate Director in her current role, Salome leads with purpose and a passion for creating lasting, measurable impact. She oversees two flagship programs—the High School Leadership Program and Nurturing Youth Leadership internships—focused on empowering youth through inclusive, quality education.

A relentless learner, writer, and cultural explorer, she brings a global perspective to everything she does, thriving on collaboration and innovation. Fond of music, dancehall, and decor, Salome finds inspiration in creative expression and cultural exploration.
